As I was going out of town, I told them I would be back the coming week to take the car. I followed up twice with Jeff with all the paper work to get my loan finalized. The very next day I get an email saying the car has been sold to someone else.

Richard Fournier was awesome, I went in to look at a specific car and they had it ready when I arrived. I had my 2 children with me and he was awesome with them as well. They don't try to put the screws to you, they explain everything and worked out a fair deal that made both sides happy. I will recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a nice pre owned or new car. I bought an Audi A6 and they have everything from $160,000 Porsche to Jeeps. Great people, great cars, great experience. I didn't finance but their finance guy is hilarious.
My experience at Superior Auto Sales was above any expectations I had. They were great and treated me like family. Richard was great at guiding me through the process from test driving to financing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and tell them to ask for Richard because my experience was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service and my vehicle. It was a very professional but personable environment and that made all the difference from other dealerships that seem pushy like they just want to make the sale. Andre guided me through my finance options and kept me informed every step of the way, he spent so much time with me and helped me to drive away in my dream vehicle. Remember, Superior specializes in used cars, which means that they will most likely be in need of some repairs. Whenever you are in the market for a used car (any car, really) do your due diligence and be informed about the car you are looking at - not just the price, but the instruments and features, the car's weak points - and test them out. Ask for the in-service records to see what was done to the car to get it ready for sale. You'll see that Superior invests a good amount of money in the prep of their cars. You'll also notice that the cars at Superior are the cleanest, due to their meticulous detailers.
I had a bad experience here. I loved one of the BMW 328 there and after the test drive , I had paid an advance of $500 on the same day as I did not want to lose it. Jeff, Andre and Richard were very cooperative.
There was no phone call, no voice mail or any sort of communication before selling off the car to another customer. Was extremely disappointed with this act. All the General Manager had to say over the phone was they were not sure if I would really be coming and they had to take a "business decision". Really? But a business decision makes sure its customers are happy. And if they did not see the probability of me coming, they could have put a word before dealing with another customer. I had paid $500 out of my pocket on the same day only because I did not want to lose it. I had no idea that someone else was interested in the car. I was getting all my papers ready to get the car the next day and suddenly I see an email which did not have a reason altogether.
