If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. My fiance bought his truck in September of 2016, here we are in March of 2017 and the dealership has not/will not give him his title or registration. Not only that, I've been calling and calling and I've been given the run around. One girl told us it was being overnight shipped to us, when I called the next day to check on this I was told "we don't know what we're doing about this yet." I was completely lied to. I've been trying to speak with the owner Robert about it for quite some time. He will not return phone calls. I've been promised multiple times for a call back. Apparently he doesn't have time for customers who are driving around illegal, unregistered cars. Absolutely outraged with the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM this dealership has displayed. STAY AWAY.

Went there last week ready to purchase and walk out with a vehicle. Unfortunately we drove home in our old vehicle because the sales associate wouldn't compromise over $391,after we came up twice in what we were willing to pay. I also felt dishonesty because when I asked him how long the vehicle has been on the lot he said 2 weeks. Well I know for a fact it's been at their dealership for over a month because we have been looking online for over 2 months. Then when we asked for our deposit back,the manager rudely said "I can't remember the last time i refunded a deposit". Taking our business elsewhere.
Everyone there was very helpful, and I really felt like they cared about my experience as a buyer and making me feel comfortable in the vehicle I was looking at. Especially grateful for our salesman, Eric Scheffer. He came in on his day off to personally help clean out the interior of the car I was interested in, to make sure it was ready for me when I came in to check it out! Definintely made the stress of the new car-buying experience fast and simple. And choosing a smaller dealership, made it feel more like a family experience, not like I was just a number for them. Great price, great service, great experience overall!
