Had no issues with this office until today when we woke up to our boxer with a severe case of hives. I called to make an appt for hopefully the next day, and was told he couldn't be seen until FIVE days from today unless we agreed to pay a 98$ "emergency charge". I wasn't asking for an emergency visit, or a nighttime visit, just for him to be looked at. This is our vet! We are not walk ins! I understand that veterinarians are busy, but we've been a client for years, and don't think it's too outrageous to ask that my sick dog be seen without the 98$ extortion fee. I'll be looking for another vet.
So helpful when our Yorkie had an emergency stay. Cannot say enough about the care received.
I understand allergic reactions can be serious, which is why I called your office the Wednesday morning we woke up to find he had hives. I called your office asking for an appt that day or possibly the next day as we were keeping it somewhat controlled with Benadryl. I was told be your office staff we would need to pay an additional 98$ for our pet to be seen, during your normal office hours!! Just because his problem is urgent doesn't mean your clients should be charged additional fees! That's why you have a veterinarian, in case your pet gets sick. It's outrageous to think you need to pay almost 100$ more if it's considered urgent. There really is no excuse for it.

Would never go back unless i absolutely had no other choice.
Very clean vet clinic. We took our dog for a second opinion and the doctor treated him much better than the previous vet. She went over all of our options, and even got an estimated price sheet on all of the procedures. Highly recommended.
Very knowledgeable staff. Great doctors & techs. Clean. Staff caring & much empathy when your pet is sick.
