Extremely poor service: this attorney wrote a very minimal petition for me and refused to refund the difference of my retainer when I fired him (he uses legal language that indicates the retainer is a "minimum fee" and thus non-refundable in his contract, which he did not mention in discussion, and which is in my experience unusual). He does not communicate promptly and lost interest after receiving his retainer. Look elsewhere.
