I must say that in all my years in the Buffalo/Hamburg area I have never met a sweeter man than JP Ross. Growing up in foster care in western buffalo was not always an easy task as I bounced around different schools including Timon a very rough school with cruel people. I've worked at Mighty Taco since I was 12 and I've met a ton of terrible people in that place but that all left my mind when a moderately short man in khakis came walking in with a blinding smile and a red State Farm polo. I needed some car insurance and Joseph Patrick Ross gave me the deal of a lifetime. It was quick and easy and with the good service and quality people skills of Ross he encouraged me to peruse my dreams of nuclear engineering at BU. Elon Musk is recruiting me and I plan on taking JP Ross to Mars to be the first Martian insurance agent. 10/10!!! Why is Jackie so salty?

Job description. This explains the huge mistake that was made by an employee. Read the position overview it states everything that JP Ross is not. They made a huge mistake with my vin # at the DMV. Then quoted me a price after I moved my homeowners over to them for the multi policy discount. Come to find out my premium increased 300.00 more than I was quoted. The owner then accused me of calling them liars. I have an email proving I did not. He also promised he would fix the problem, but never did. Beware of JP Ross State Farm. Another fact is he is not from the Buffalo NY area.
Position Overview
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Jp is the man! He was there for me and my wife whenever we needed assistance and is very easy to cooperate with! On a scale of 1-10 I would rate an 11..... Jackie, I'm beginning to think that your talking about another JP Ross, cause you obviously don't have good taste in quality State Farm agents!

I just moved up to buffalo and I tell you what I could not meet a better insurance agent. He knew everything I asked and gave me a great rate. His staff was excellent and whenever I would email or call they would get right back to me. 10 out of 10 go here if you need insurance

Completely reccommend . There are a few things I have to point out though. They never called to arrange payments structure I had to call them. When they came to the house the agent was nice but i had to look over our multiple policies and ask questions instead of automatically explaining them to me. I kind of felt he was new at this but worked out great because most consumers are also. Great pricing saved a bunch switching from Geico. Like $80 dollars a month. Time will tell if the rates stay the same as promised. You don't want to just feel like another number. If this company can become more personable and go over coverage not just quotes with homeowners they will have hit the top tier. Thanks.
