Nice Store. Clean and neat. Friendly employees.
Usual merchandise at this chain store, neatly arranged and well stocked. Polite cashier. But when you have about 500 pounds worth of large bags loaded onto a cart that then spills in the doorway out of the store(20 feet from said cashier), it's time to provide some customer assistance. No one offered to help pick these bags up or lend a hand loading into the truck either. Employee actually in the parking lot ignored it. Complete customer service fail here today TSC.
It was nice that tractor supply had 2 dog rescue groups there today.
cashier was excellent. I arrived with a defective return, cashier promptly greeted me, asked the right questions, then told me where in the store i could find a replacement.
The place is really clean & organized. Very helpful staff, but could use a few extra on a busy saturday. Very good experience. It's nice to know their's still a store who has it ALL TOGETHER!! I'm looking forward to coming back.
The process was comforting, i will continue to shop there.
