Great place in there once a week, Samantha takes care of me every time and does an excellent job. Very friendly and does a great job without taking a long time. Thumbs up
Awful, save your money and go someplace else. Last 2 times I went they rushed through and messed up my son's hair. There are good stylists there, but very few and far between, so you roll the dice every time you go.
I'll tell you upfront, I am extremely picky about who cuts my hair and have went months looking homeless trying to find someone that can give me the haircut I want. Well finally I found that person. I have followed this guy from 3 salons in the last year and he finally has a permanent home. Patrick at supercuts in hamburg is by far the best stylist I've dealt with. Most stylist sit you down and get you back up and out the store within 15 minutes. Patrick has spent over 45 minutes and even took a write up just to make me happy. (Like I said I'm picky). He doesnt rush just to get a new body in his seat. That is hard to find these days. I have recommended him to multiple friends and they all say the same thing, he is awesome. So I recommend calling and setting a appointment with Patrick and I am willing to bet you don't leave unhappy!! I was not paid or gave anything to write this review I just give credit where credit is due and he deserves it.
Took way too long to get in. You'd figure they open at 9, so they would have already counted the register and logged in. But nope. Didn't start cutting hair until 930 with a line of 8 people. There's also no point of checking in online as they make you wait anyways. ... Avoid this location, the one in Blasdell is much better.
