Dr. Barb and her staff do an awesome job! She takes her time and gives individual care to each of my kids! And the best part about going to this dentist is my kids LOVE her and LOVE going there. Keep up the great work MooreKidsSmile!!!
This place is a disgrace to Pedantic dentistry. They told use they excepted our insurance and we would be reimbursed and that was false! When we tired to canceled the surgery months in advance we were told we would be billed and she tried to talk so out of it and tell us our insurance company was giving us the run around when in fact it was Moore. The phone number on the papers we received was incorrect. We drove to Hamburg to sign release forms for xrays and they are closed. When the website and office phone state they are open.. This place is a joke!! I would give ZERO stars but that's not a Choice!
Easy and organized. We never have to wait for our appointment long. Dr. Moore is very kind and gentle, but thorough. We have no complaints at all with this practice. We have been going to this dentist for over 10 years and have never once had one problem or bad experience. The new office is really remarkable, what an upgrade! All three of my children love seeing Dr. Moore and her staff.
Highly recommend. Dr. Moore and her Staff are patient and wonderful with children. Been coming since my children had their first teeth and now they are 8 and 6! Everything from the basics to pediatric dentistry via hospitalization.
I LOVE this office! I've had to go to a few dentists with my kids to finally find somewhere they were comfortable, and I am happy to say I don't have to look any further. Dr. Moore is great with my kids, you can tell she truly cares about her patients. And my kids love her! And not only is Dr. Moore great--but the whole staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I have never had any issues with scheduling appointments or billing, everything has been so easy, and they have been nothing but honest with me. I can't say enough good things about this place!
