I had a third interview with a regional manager, for a Teller Position. He was asking inappropriate interview questions, one of which was, are you married? I replied that I was engaged. He inappropriately replied that I was probably living together & that I was putting the cart before the horse.
Well, it's been ten days since I deposited my check. STILL no access to it. Now I'm being told the hold won't release until midnight! Seriously!?! I'm waiting on the manager to call me back, who is supposed to " call and try to have the hold released." Yeah... I've heard this before. I can assure you that if I don't get my money BEFORE the end of the day, I'm filing a complaint with the federal reserve! This is absolute nonsense!
Tellers are very helpful. Hours are great. Hometown bank feeling!
Deposited my settlement check from Florida. They put a "seven day business day" hold ( which is ACTUALLY ten days) on it, without mentioning it. I've called every day trying to resolve this problem, and I was basically hung up on by the branch manager. I was told that I signed paperwork and was given a copy of it, which. No... I wasn't. The money is in a lawyers trust account... I really don't understand what the problem is. My account has now gone negative, and they really don't care. The second the money is " released by the SYSTEM " I will be closing the account. ( which I was told costs $10, by the way) Just be warned... they're rude and misleading.
That was just for starters. I ended the interview after 10 minutes.
